I'm looking at a MINI for sale in the area, but I'm in Philly so looking at it it in person is a bit difficult. So I'm looking for a shop (or dealer) to do a pre-purchase inspection for me.

There's only two Mini dealerships in the Phoenix area, both are Penske shops, Mini North Scottsdale would be the closer one (and probably where the Mini you're interested in was purchased + serviced for the first few years).
