Looking for Mini owners or a Mini club in the Augusta, GA area. I see a lot of Mini's on the road here, but not many wave back...

I'm in southwest Georgia. There's a group on Facebook called middle Georgia minis and another one call Georgia mini maniacs.

Thanks for the info, I had seen those two in my searches, along with Coastal Mini out of Savannah, GA. All these clubs are over 100 miles from Augusta. With all the Mini drivers I see in Augusta, was hoping some of them where on here and knew of local meet ups, etc..

 

Create a Mini Group on Facebook and tell everyone you meet with a Mini.

 

I was hoping to find one already up and running. But if I want a local group, guess I'll have to start one. Thanks for the help.

2009 JCW owner in Aiken. I'm interested in having a local event. Maybe we could get some folks together at a restaurant or something.

 

I have met up with a fellow MINI owner at work. We created the CSRA MINIacs over on Facebook, look us up and join. We have gotten a couple others, but haven't had a meet up yet. Our goal is to get local meet ups, and go as a group to regional MINI events.

Does anyone know of someone who can help me find an honest mechanic near Augusta GA? 2010 Mini Hardtop using oil; check engine light on. Many rounds under warranty with dealer in Atlanta. Diag codes: PO 301 Cylinder misfire (been fixed before) and P 2187 System too lean at idle bank 1 (root cause could be a variety of issues...)

 

I've used Bavarian Mechanic Works in Martinez, GA. Haven't had any issues with their work, and they warranty their work. They only use OEM parts.

I'm across the river in Aiken. I have a 14 Countryman, had a 13 Clubman S. I have a Foxwell, and BimmerCode as well as a Snap On Solus with European car software. As they said in the move, I have an awesome set of tools. Let me know if I can help anyone. Chuck

Might also look on some of the MINI Facebook group pages, they sometimes have someone selling a spare tire.
