Audio in Tampa Bay: anyone with a recommendation?

I'd like to upgrade my speakers or add an amp, but without a pre-out in the stock deck, I'd like to take it to a shop that knows MINIs or atleast BMWs. A sub is also something I'd be interested in. I'd prefer to keep the deck stock for anti-theft.
