How can I not be excited?

I get so happy every time I walk into the garage and see my car! My wife may leave me but I'll always have a MINI!!!

 

I am more than ready to make any contributions that I can :smile:

Charleston is filled with Minis, so I cannot wait until we have a Mini Chapter here! Thumbs UP! Let's get Motoring!

I still have to turn around and check my own car out, and I've had it since May!

 

Glad you Charleston guys got inspired.Lets plan to meet next year about the same time. We will be doing some things with our British Motor Car Club at Myrtle beach in the New year. I want to see some of your Charleston and Savannah Minis up here at Myrtle Beach. We might put on a poker run or an SCCA solo2 type event. That is where you and your navigator run for specific points and correct time. They are lots of fun. Best wishes to all you guys and Happy Holidays. Keep pushing on that M2C2 chapter down their. Yeah, I almost suffered the same fate during the first three months of ownership.. She still gets the occasional bought of jealousy a year and a half later...

You've got the start of it right there. Just figure out when you want to do and post a notice well in advance to give people time to plan for it. Be sure to keep an eye on the forums to avoid conflicting events in your area.:smile:

 

Great photo additions Bob from Lela. Im thinking about getting some radios so we can keep up with everybody next time. That Italian job thing through Charleston was fun. Well I hope everyone that was at the rally has a Merry Mini Christmas! Santa is bringing me a leather Mini Jacket and driving gloves. After that comes the British flag on the roof. We use FRS/GMRS radios on the official MINI channel 7 (subchannel 23 if everyone has radios with sub channels). That way everyone can join in in the conversation, and you don't have to dial a phone # while motoring.. You can get them relatively inexpensively at Wally world or Best Buy...

That should be channel 7, subchannel (aka privacy channel) 21. This is the
official MINI frequency nationwide.

But i think we need to meet more often like every 2-3 months and all have stickers made {like the nam one} that say something about are little charleston team and make a site {i can kind of do this im not to good but alright}. So what do you guys think? If someone draws a design my dad and I will order them? So lemme get some ideas and we can work on more metts and a site !

I like the idea of meeting more often, it should be done!

As far as the stickers are concerned I like the idea but am not a graphic artist so am no good at that! Also I think myminicoopah has her own site which we may consider being part of unless you are thinking just a Charleston mini site? Keep in mind we have the m2c2 site and logo already established (although I couldn't find a place on the car I would like the their sticker so I am torn)
