Columbia July 31

OK, folks......

Saturday Morning, July 31......Meeting of the Miniacs in Columbia SC !

In one more attempt to create a Midlands Group (Chapter? Asylum?) of the M2C2 club, let's get together and share ideas, etc.

Anyhow, at least two of us will be here, and any and all MINI folks are welcome and invited.

Meeting in the upstairs room at the Kroger on Two Notch Road in Northeast Columbia - the corner of Two Notch and Sparkleberry.....easily accessed from Interstate 20, using the Clemson Road exit. We have the room from 9 to 11.

If you need additional information, please e-mail me at mickcarnett@att.net

See you there !

Mick

Good luck with attendees! It looks like everyone near you is going motoring in the mountains on the 31st... Actually, you could probably leave from your meeting, motor up to Charlotte, meet the guys there, and join in on some mountain twisties!!

IF you want to do the Morganton outing.....

AND you want to help plan a Midlands event.....

FEAR NOT !!!!!!!

Drive time from Columbia to Morganton is in the 2.25 to 2.5 hour range (many of you could do it in 2 hours or less, but we can not advocate breaking our traffic laws........................)

SO, feel free to join us at 9, knowing that you have plenty of time to provide input regarding the creation of a midlands event, AND get to Morganton in plenty of time to play with the other MINIs

In the alternative, if you are a Midlands Miniac, want to be involved, but can't make this morning meeting for whatever reason, please know that your input is wanted...... let me know in advance any specific ideas you might have for an event, and what you "bring to the table" in terms of making it happen, and we will be sure you are "heard" even though you are with us in spirit rather than form

Man this is tuff I want to go to the Morganton event but also want to hit your meeting. Are any of you guys going up to Morganton from Columbia. I would be coming from Myrtle Beach. If so I could follow you up after the meeting.
