Oakboro Cruise-In (August 24th, 2007)
A lot of you are already familiar with the cruise-in that occurs each month at the town of Oakboro, NC. The August cruise-in is going to have live entertainment from The Folsom Prison Gang, a Johnny Cash tribute band. Live Cash music and cars are very nice together.
The cruise-in starts at 5:00PM and usually (if the weather is nice) will bring in hundreds of cars. Sometimes 500+ cars show up for this event. The town does a very good job of hosting the event and it is always a lot of fun with a burn-out (9:00PM) closing out the event.

I think the Kannapolis crowd has moved over here? I know I saw an article in Car Craft on this cruise in and the awesome burnouts that take place here! ;-)
