MINIUSA Website problem

We switched over from DSL to cable for internet service and since then I cannot access the www.MINIUSA.com website. Any idea of what I need to change as far as settings on my computer? Mick

Turn off your antivirus program or configurate it to accept pop-up adds from miniusa.com

Have done that already but still does not work. Any other ideas? Really frustrating.
