Mark a Thread to Remember it is Important

Is there a way (or plans) to allow members to "mark" a thread as something they would like to follow up on. In other forms I've been a member of we had the ability to put an exclamation mark next to items (threads) that we might want to revisit. I do not find that functionality on this site. Please advise. thanks! Michael

Is this the same as subscribing to a thread? If so...

1) Click on the thread you are interested in
2) Click on Thread Tools and choose Subscribe to this Thread

Best regards,

Mark

Important threads

But Mark then you get alerts on all the additional posts correct? For example, I just want to find the thread in the future that has How to build an Air Scoop Grille for $1.87. I don't want to know when others post to it. Michael

You might just want to create a bookmark folder in your web browser and save such things like that. I do that all the time for all the random stuff I will never remember where I found it online.

A bookmark would probably be best. I haven't seen vBulletin offer a feature like this yet...that said it could come in a future version.

You can turn e-mail notification off for a specific thread. That's what I do. then I can just go to my User CP and "List Subscriptions" to find posts I've marked as important.
