Why are PDF attachments limited to such a small size (19.5 KB)? Even a plain, one-page, text-only PDF can easily exceed that size. On a recent post, I resorted to converting a PDF page to a gif image (4.77 MB limit!). The small size limit for PDF is surprising given that .doc and .txt files have a 976.6 KB limit. Also, please consider allowing posting PDF files to the gallery.

 

I didn't realize that the size allowance was so low. I've updated it to the same as GIF and JPG attachment sizes. I've also updated the gallery configuration to allow PDF files. A 6MB limit applies in your gallery and goes toward your space quota. To use the gallery just upload the PDF like you would for a photo and it will show up as a multimedia file.
