I have looked through FAQ and tried a search with no luck.

I am getting a notice saying my private message area is full and a message was bounced back. ?????

It says I can have 100 messages and I have 5 in my in box and 19 in my out box. I have had more than that and I try to delete everything I am sure I won't need any longer. The e-mail I received said something about empting folders?? I have never, to my knowledge, put anything in a folder.

When I send/receive a message it show up under the in/sent box. I check off the box and change the bottom to delete and hit OK.

How do I check for folders??

When you view your messages there is a little drop down menu at the top, just under the text that says "jump to folder". If you click on that drop down menu, it will show you all of your folders and how many messages are in each folder.

Earl - are you sure that it was a message that your box was full or the
person's you were sending to? Let me know who you tried to send to and
I'll check their count to see if their's is full. Please use the Contact Us link to send me this info. Thanks!

It was me sorry but I never knew all my e-mails were be saved by *** (my cable company) Called they and they told me how to delete all 580 of them -- most with large photos.

No wonder it was not in the FAQ
