Much better together
than apart.
Odd how things work. Some of you may know that a couple of months ago a years long feud between the two largest MINI forums; North American Motoring and Motoring Alliance was ended. Since that time some major players from both forums have tried to work together as united we are stronger than separated. Some good reference posts on both sites and some good folks over there as well.
Dave.O is a well know MINI forum poster. Since the feud ended he has made some very good posts over here. His knowledge of detailing is second to none and the posts he made on subject are fantastic. Of late he and I have not seen eye to eye on some posts I made relative to windshield washer fluid but that did not stop him from contacting me when somebody on Motoring Alliance reached out to him about NAM. This member that frequents both forums has not been able to log in here to NAM so he asked Dave if he could help out.
Dave got with me on Motoring Alliance about the issue and I will see what our IT folks can do.

I visit MA as well. I’m a late comer, so from a few mentions I knew that there was some bad feelings between the forums, but they are both great sources of information and I’m glad to hear that thing are more cooperative now. Dave.O has given me some good advice in the past. Good things!
