Vender had so problems with printer, order was late BUT COOPER FLAGS handled this like a business should handle the situation. A company should not be judged by how they handle business when things go smoothly but rather be judged by how they handl adversity. Christian explained that he was behind due to problems with his printer/offered a discount/and kept his word!

(A+) For doing it like you are suppose to. Never rude/ taking care of business.

(D) On return emails / calls but I cut him some slack due to the fact he is prolly snowed under, maybe they should put a msg on Voice mail explaining they cant get back to you because ....

Over all not a bad considering I have the patience of a 3 yr old.

Good Job Cooper Flags for facing adversity and making it happen.

Looks like Cooper Flags has been sold! That was probably the reason for my delay. I consider myself lucky, as for the time being you can no longer order roof grafics. Which BTW are awosome looking I love my Grey and Black US ARMY sun roof grafic. They are however continuing to do stripe packages.

Hopfully Cooper Flags will get everything on line real quick. This sunroof grafic really changed the personality of my car. Not too terribly hard to apply. It took a good hour and a half. Have a lookie
