I can upload a .jpg file to my to user gallery. But can not upload same file as signature (my freed Mini picture). Also get upload fails if I try to upload my current signature file, which obviously worked when I first set it up.

 

Have you sized down the jpeg to fit 100x500 pixels?

 

Yes. I have. I even tried a 100 x 96 pixel 8K JPG (not the file I want to use) and it fails.

And you do know the upload instructions say images will be resized as ling as they are 250K max. If this is wrong, it should be corrected.

I'm trying to change to the new Mini busting out of jail I was able to upload to my photo gallery...

 

Found solution. Looks like you have to delete your current sig image.

Then you can add a new one.
