Mobile App Constructive Feedback
This thread is for CONSTRUCTIVE feedback regarding the mobile app. If you just want to complain without offering solutions or explaining why you don't like a feature, take it somewhere else. For example, "I hate the ads!" is not constructive. "I don't like the ads because they are distracting" or "I think the ads should be limited to text only because the pictures are tacky" are both constructive examples. Please put a little thought into it.
First off, I wanted to say thanks for the mobile app. I know it was a long time coming, but I now use it every day for a quick MINI fix.
After using it for a couple months now, there are 2 areas that I think could work better. For reference, I'm using the Android version of the app, so these may or may not be issues on iOS.
1. Internal forum links: whenever someone posts a link to another thread on NAM, it opens the web browser rather than using the mobile app. It should instead use the mobile app, since that is the point of the app, to replace using the web version.
2. It would be very helpful if pictures could be zoomed in/out and panned while viewing. Sometimes it's hard to see details on my phone since the entire image is displayed and can't be zoomed in.
That's it for now. Both of these are technically solvable, though I understand they may not be priorities right now.
