hi i have started a thread in the General Mini Talk forum

and for some reason everyone who is subscribed keeps getting email notifications from the same post it has been at least 20 emails if someone can please tell me how to fix or if they can fix it so we don't keep getting that same email over and over again we all would appreciate it because people are starting to unsubscribe do to this error in the system.

A service ticket has been submitted for this problem. It was placed yesterday and appended to another problem regarding a problem with moderated posts.

We're on it. Thanks for making sure the issue had our attention.

 

If you or anyone else does come across this with other threads, please do post a link to the thread and post # that is the post at issue, I do want to make sure that all the details for every affected thread does get relayed to the tech team.

 

For anyone that's been experiencing this problem, the tech team would like you to unsubscribe from the thread for at least 24 hours re-subscribe and report back if it's a fix/no fix; preferably in this thread so we can keep track a little easier.

 

Deleted all my subscriptions (since it was way too much effort to figure out which threads were really an issue or not). I'll start subscribing to threads again sometime tomorrow. Thanks Drew for giving me a heads up on this thread. Much appreciated.

 

After removing and re-subscribing have you found the issue to go away?

 

i di not unsubscribe but i have not gotten it since I last contacted you. around 3-4 weeks
