They were old ads , but got emails saying they were cancelled because of some rule?

Open ads more than one year old were removed, as part of standard marketplace house keeping that we enacted following an extensive thread requesting old ads be removed due to people not responding to inquiries on older ads.

Ads marked sold by the seller are removed after 90days with no notice, ads that require the moderator to remove them send out a notification ad so that anyone logging in and expecting to see those ads know why the ad is no longer there.

 

Good idea. Maybe you could explain it in the email sent.
