No Pic Posting

Why won't the site post a pic? Tried several times, but it won't upload.

What method are you using? Are you trying to post it as a link, or as an attachment?

Same method I've used for the last year and as an attachment.

Like so?

I'm not really sure what to tell you, as it appears to be working fine. Did you switch browsers or anything recently?

Nope, didn't change anything. Tried again about an hour later and it worked fine!? Weird. Thanks anyhow - Dwight

Thread Overload?

Something really strange going on with the "Post a pic of your R56" thread. Can't post a reply or quote. The normal screen does not show up, and what does is about 6 times wider than my screen and laid out horizontally if there's pics! All other threads work fine. Is the thread overloaded with more than 5700 posts?

Sometimes you just need to give it a lot of time to load, if it has a lot of pics. The forum has an auto-resize feature that will resize large pics to a standard size...but first it will load all the pics on the page, then resize them. If it's a photo-heavy thread, it can take a little while.

Thanks much. Kinda forgot about the file sizes that would be pouring onto that thread.
