1) Before posting make sure you select the best marketplace sub-category for your item.

2) The purpose of this forum is to support private-party member-to-member transactions for MINI-related items. Examples include the tire and wheel sets, body pieces, tools, etc.

3) Price and Zip Code are mandatory fields. Out of US please enter Postal Code (The location database does not have information out of the US, No Zip Code will be displayed in the Distance from you area, it is recommended that a location is listed in the Description)

4) Ads posting are limited to 5 active at any one time. Once an item is marked sold it is no longer considered active. Alliance Members have unlimited posting privileges.

5) No Group Buy or commercial party posting unless the party is a recognized NAM vendor. Group buys may only be supported by a vendor having an advertising agreement in place with NAM and may only be posted in the Vendor Group Buys forum. For more information on our advertising programs please use the Contact Us form.

6) No non-MINI-related items Please use your discretion. For example, a camera might be allowed since you can take pictures of your MINI while a gift card to Home Depot would not. If the Marketplace moderators can not see the item being directly MINI-related it will be removed without warning.

7) Any violation of the above policy may result in the post being removed without warning.

8) NAM will not arbitrate disputes occurring from transactions in the Marketplace forums. If a dispute does arise and a member is being unresponsive to the other party NAM will send an email to that member indicating that they have seven days to follow up with the original party reporting the dispute. If, after seven days, no response has been made that user will be banned from the site.

9) Ads posted to the Member-to-Member Services area incur a fee of $5.00 for a max of 30 days, free for Alliance Members. Listings for services such as dating, escorts, adult sites and other services deemed inappropriate will be removed, refunds will not be issued.

10) Ads are periodically cleaned up. Any ads older than 12 months are removed, sold or not. Sold items are also removed regularly, so be sure your transaction is complete and all pertinent information has been exchanged between parties before marking the item "SOLD!"
