Google Site Search the best (& fastest) way to search NAM

When you are looking for specific info on NAM using Google's Advanced Site Search is the best way to find it quickly.

While NAM's search will give you a ton of results. Google's search gives you more options to pinpoint the exact info you need. Works great!

Happy searching... http://www.google.com/advanced_search?hl=en

PS. Be sure to enter northamericanmotoring.com/forums in the Search within a site or domain: field.

You can also shortcut their advanced search feature by entering "site:northamericanmotoring.com" (without quotes) after your search term in their standard search field (non-advanced).

Yup. It's a great search tool. To make it even easier, google "site:www.northamericanmotoring.com" and when it takes you to that page, just save it in your Favorites and name it NAM search. Then when you click on the NAM search, it takes you to a page with "site:www.northamericanmotoring.com" already in the search bar. Type your search word(s) ahead of the "site..." and click on Search. It sounds more complicated than it is, but it's quick and easy after it's set up.

Yes, works great.

There was an old thread that I could not find at all using NAM's search function. But it came up as the first choice using Google searching on NAM.

AncientMariner, thanks for that tip ... I was getting tired of typing "site:www.northamericanmotoring.com" !
