I would like for you to consider a special section in the website for those who are towing a mini behind their RV's. You can come up with the title. I believe that there are many who are doing this, and there appears to be great confusion among BM/Mini mechanics and the company position on this. I have been told by mechanics that there appears to be no reason why Minis can't be towed, even though the top brass say not to do it.

It is not discussed in the manuals, and there has never been an "organic" reason given to me by MINI why it cannot be done.

In addition, there are people out there towing MINIS and I think that MINI is missing a real bet if they don't advertise the fact that they can be towed. what a great 'Toad!"

Please start a special section/forum for towing a Mini. Thank you.

 

This would probably be best placed in our MINIs in General category. Would something like "RVs and MINIs" be a reasonable title for the forum?
