Tyre Question (Please Help)

Hello
I have to change my MCS JCW Tyres urgently and I need your help...

My doubts:
- What is the best choice for performance \ behavior, 205\45\17 (Stock measure) or 215\45\17 (more rubber)?
- Which of this threeTyres do you chose: ContiSportContact 2; Bridgestone Potenza RE050A; Dunlop Sport Maxx?

Note: the Wheels are 17x7,5

All the aids are comings well and I am very grateful therefore.

Best Regards

MCSJCW,

What are your requirements? Are you looking for summer performance tires and winter performance tires?

I just picked up my JCW today and swapped the runflats for performance winter tires. I went with the 16" R87 Mini wheels wrapped with Dunlop Winter M3s (which I got from the TireRack thanks to Alex).

I plan on picking up 17" Kosei wheels wrapped with 215/45-17 Goodyear Eagle F1 summer tires. I'll order those before spring gets here.

I found swapping wheels between season works best for me (did it with my civic)... not sure if that is the route you are going. Either way... I found the TireRack's review and ranking system does reflect my experiences with different tires. I used that to make my selections.

I also need to find a 15" MC spare... just in case.

Hello
Thanks for reply me.

I want tires for summer performance... and I am not interested in F1 GSD 3, my doubt is in relation to previously mentioned Tires (RE050A; Sport Maxx; ContiSportContact 2)...

With 215/45/17 I do not go to lose acceleration (performance) or it is not gone to notice?

More opinions are welcome Thanks...

Best Regards

Note: I'm pretty sure that if you have the JCW brakes, a 15" MC wheel's not going to fit...
