Here's a great 2006 Pepper White Slicktop that I would love to go to a good home. You will have a hard time finding one in nicer condition. I've owned this car for the last 5 years and it has been garage kept and pampered for the entire time, hasn't seen rain in 5 years! This is a spotless, reliable car that should make anyone looking for a good Mini R53 very happy!
When I took ownership of this car in January of 2015 I performed a full reconditioning and performed the major maintenance items at that time which included the supercharger oil change and water pump replacement, belt tensioner replacement, and new rotors and ceramic brake pads. I also added an Alta 15% pulley, cold air intake, BC Racing Coilovers and Miltek catback exhaust.
Over the years I've performed some various upgrades which include adding R56 Lounge Leather heated seats, driver and passenger euro parcel shelves, and LED tail lights.
Other than the wheels and exhaust, all original parts are included.
Definitely one of the cleanest R53’s I’ve seen in awhile. This shouldn’t last long at that price and it definitely should of been accepted on BAT (BAT has definitely listed some cars recently that shouldn’t have been accepted). I’ve been looking for a low mileage GP1 and if I wasn’t stuck on finding one, I would buy this. Good luck with the sale.
Quite frankly, the criteria and quality of cars accepted by BAT seems to vary depending on their needs. I've spoken to BAT sellers that have gone back a second time for review to be accepted after a first round rejection. The only thing I can think of here is that this particular car is not one of the more limited production MINI's, or one of the more "special" MINI's that we so often see on BAT. Sometimes clean, well maintained with a few well chosen goodies just isn't enough to offer that wow-factor BAT needs to keep their buyers interested. IMO this car would make the cut....but I'm not BAT.

This is Jack Lelah checking in again. I am in the process of moving funds from an account I have in hopes of being able to purchase your Slicktop, if it is still available. I have owned a few Mini's. I own a 2006 S now, but it is an automatic with paddles. I've decided I want a manual shift. I have spent the last few days looking at all the cars for sale on the North American site, and yours is by far the one I love the most! I know you mentioned in your description that you would like to see your car go to a good home. Well there are no worries there! I would cherish your car! Your car and the one I have, both have the Chrono Package and the rare 4-part analog gauge in the center. This has always been my most favorite set up. There is one other car I found on the site with the same set up, and it is a JCW version. It is also a very clean car with 67k miles on it. I would take it second to yours, however I have to say, my most desired color combination on a Mini, which I have never had is the White Pepper with Black top! Please let me know either way if you still have the car for sale, and if you are still interested in passing it on. I would like to know one way or another so I can proceed.
