So I finally got my mini how I've always wanted it, but I don't drive it anymore due to a new car, and just want to unload it.

So the car has just shy of 145000 miles, but many parts have replaced recently. It's a midnight black (looks dark Navy in sunlight) with panoramic sun roof, and chrono and winter package (chrono above steering wheel, heated leather seats)
Clutch was replaced at 90k miles
High end amp and sub with a **** built into an empty switch on front console
All of the rest was done since then, at Kinetech Motorwerkes
ATI harmonic balancer pulley
Coolant tank replaced
Alta cold air intake
M7 front strut bar
Supercharger and 15% pulley replaced at 130k miles
Belt tensioner and belt replaced
Aero upper and lower grills
Also at 130k miles replaced headers all the way back, and has a full catback borla sport exhaust
Last month had the entire suspension replaced
New 1.2" drop springs and struts that are specifically for this modest drop
Hotchkis rear camber arms
Rear brake pads and rotors replaced as well (calibers replaced a few years ago)
All new tires

Car passed emissions and inspection two months ago, with no issues

Probably could use a new shift ****, but no other issues that I am aware of
