This car has had modifications to include a Borla Cat back exhaust, Alta header, Alta 15 percent pulley reduction, JCW 380cc injectors, Schrick performance camshaft Dyno tuned and now gets 200 HP. It’s fast and fun to drive. You will not find another car of this year in better condition. This car has only seen a snow covered road a handful of times with no rust at all. Have only used 93 octane gas, and oil has been changed every 6000 miles or at least once a year. Paperwork is available to show modifications. Includes extra full set of tires rims and original header/exhaust. Plus all original parts I still have.

No rust
I'm in MD. Yeah no rust I'm sure of that this car has been pampered.
Price seems appropriate for condition of vehicle, and all the modifications and extra wheels tires exhaust etc.
Thanks for your interest

Maryland does brine their roads during the winter. My Vert is a Maryland car and I can tell it was on the road during the winter as the bolts on the bottom side do show some oxidization but nothing like real saltbelt area similar to upstate NY where I grew up.

Thanks for the offer Jay I have it up for sale on craigslist with pictures there. I'm going to try and condense the photos. The camera I used takes higher quality pics than just a cell phone I think that may be the problem.
I will take some pics of undercarriage as well. Like I said this car was pampered and was only caught in the snow a few times. We drove my wife's 01 Honda accord every day (which we just donated) and the Mini (manual) is not practical for driving an hour into Washington D.C every day.
Price is negotiable please let me know if you are interested, the listing on craigslist will be for a 03 mini cooper s in frederick and Baltimore Maryland.
Thanks again

I ask about the rust because I've looked at no less than 10 R53's in the past month, 7 of them being lifetime Southern cars (FL, GA, etc) and they all had serious rust beneath the door sill seal, yet up until I asked that they look, everyone was adamant that their car was rust-free. Lack of salt exposure doesn't equate to rust-free.
Nice little car you have there. It's not within my budget for the year/options, but it looks quite nice Good luck!

Yep that's mine on craigslist, and price like I said is negotiable. Big chill thanks for the heads up never heard of that problem with the mini before. By chance did you take any pictures of this? I'm sure other mini owners with that unknown problem would want to know how, and what to look for myself included!
Thanks for the help and interest to all

Big chill. I just pulled the seal by God you are right, there is a little bit of rust starting there. I am gonna send and corroseal then spray paint the spots. Everything is solid on mine no flaking, but people may want to check this as well.
Thanks big chill!! I am trying to upload pics I sent from my phone

Looks like you caught it in time. Definitely sand and seal that, and use some IPA and a hairdryer to evaporate any water hiding in there before coating it. Sorry to derail.
