Just a couple questions, can you angle these towards the driver for increased visibility / usage or is it fixed. Can you still use the CD-player, not that I use it ever, but what if I do, just a thought that occurred . Oh and could you make a double one, for like an ultra-gauge / scangauge and iphone?
I understand about 3/4 of that post. I use it daily. It doesn't really need to be angled, there isn't much glare from the screen considering it's not really sitting in direct sunlight ever. Also I don't use CDs? So I don't really have any answer for that either, I generally use my iPhone as a music device. & I have no idea what you mean by the last act of that post.

Lol, my bad. I am basically looking for a holder for my ultragauge and my iphone. So with the last part I meant, is it possible to have a dual holder (both iPhone and ultragauge) in 1 bracket.
Thanks for your response!

Interesting I have been using an FDM printer for almost 4 years not and a multi jet modeler for 2 year. I have made all kind of side products but never thought about making anything for the MINI community. Glad to see folks getting into the game with a small makerbot.

Mine arrived the other day, thank you!
A couple of things to note, it doesn't seem to want to go into the CD slot so that it's perfectly centered. Not a huge deal, unless you're OCD (raises hand). It fits my iPhone 4 perfectly, and stays in the CD slot just fine when the phone is unplugged. Plugging the phone in with the y-cable doesn't work. Not sure if it's the weight or the stiffness of the y-cable, but it falls out.
I'm going to pass it on to a friend (whose car doesn't require the silly y-cable).
