P1447 and fuel tank breather line

I've ordered a new fuel tank breather line as mine has broken at the elbow where the small vacuum line attaches. I'm pretty sure it's the cause of the P1447 I recently got.
One end of the breather line attaches to the top of the breather valve (mounted next to the passenger side s/c horn). I'm trying to figure out where the other end attaches. It's routed under the IC but then disappears out of sight.
At first I though it connected to the FPR on the fuel line but from looking at RealOEM, it seems the FPR connects directly into the intake manifold with a different hose.

The line I'm talking about is labelled (4) in this diagram

Found it in another thread. It appears to connect directly to the throttle body. Thanks for playing along at home .

Should be throttle body yes. Is there a way you could wrap it in self amalgamating tape or electrical tape to see if the code goes?

The elbow is supposed to connect to a vacuum so not sure if plugging it is the right thing to do. No drivability issues with it so I'll just replace it once the part comes in. Hoping I can route it without having to take too much apart

Sorry, I didn't mean plug it, but wrap it so it will still pull a vacuum till the new part arrives

ahh, sorry. My misunderstanding. That’s a good idea. Will see if I can do it. Thanks!

Anyone please correct me if I'm wrong

EDIT: Please forgive the wording in the diagram I posted. I should've meant to write "hose" -not pipe.
