It's from R52 mini cooper s. It has little scratch as 2nd picture shows. it comes with covers.

These can be used on hardtops as well with a little bit of work. I bought one on Ebay that was advertised as R53 and it was really R52. To make it work it involves swapping over the mounting arm from the stock mirror as the R52 and R53 have different mounting points. To get the incorrect arm off, you have to de-pin the stock connector, pull the wiring out, swap over the mounting arm from the R53 mirror and then reassemble everything including the correct pin-outs. Not impossible, but a lot more work than I expected. Now I have Homelink and a auto-dim.
