Still available. As stated above, the cleaning kit is no longer included. A K&N recharge kit is available at most auto parts stores for about $12 or so. Make me a reasonable offer.

 

Is that regulation only for USPS? I purchased a used CAI and the seller was able to send the cleaning and oiling solutions with the CAI intake via UPS.

 

I don't know the exact regs. They have become more nosey & fussy about liquids, chemicals, etc.at the postal orifice. Plus, I am using the kit on a different filter now. And since they are inexpensive, readily available, & I'm using this one, I decided to keep it. The filter has been cleaned & re-oiled since removal, and it won't be necessary again for several months after installation.
All that being said, somebody wanna make me an offer?
