Bought my first MINI. I'm having an absolute blast. I live in New Hampshire so I'm seeing how low the temp can go while I still drive with the top down. So far my record is 41F (today).
I've got some stripes on order...and can't wait til they get here so she can go even faster!
Congrats on your new MINI! You are going to just love it. She looks great. Feel free to ask any questions about maintenance or upgrades; we're here to help. We also have some free application and maintenance guides on our website, so please stop by.
The stripes will definitely help with the speed! Another top tip for speed... Put red stuff on it! Maybe not the outside, but in the engine compartment? like... red plug wires, red radiator hoses, etc... ya... do that! That will DEFINITELY help with the power!

Got any more pics? At first i did not know what to think of the new color Caribbean Aqua and after seeing it in person with the new leather seats, I like it.

I LOVE the color. I have a ton of pics, but not many that show off the color very well.
Nice, its looks much better in person in my opinion. The black wheels look better with the blue. Wind deflector you have there is a must.
Congrats again. BTW I have an R52 convertible. So as one convertible owner to the next, keep the top down as much as you can.
I know, I love the color. Sadly the guy at the state inspection place didn't seem so into it "wow, that's a weird color". I would have had a snarky reply, but he had my baby in his garage.
We used to get snarky comments when taking our Classic Minis across the country for SCCA National races, because most people didn't know what kind cars they were. One tire changing outfit thought our race wheels were for a boat trailer.
Drive Hard. Drive Safe. Keep Grinning.

Yea, it the name of that color, but with any american car from the 1950-60's, they had colors and names like that. But not much anymore.
