seems like a LOT of pressure for re71's, I start mine at 32 and they get up near 40 after 2 runs both front and back heat up about the same psi on mine. If I do not air them out I start pushing wide and sliding too much in the slaloms but I never go below about 35 or they start to slide again from too little air. I've only got about 40 runs experience but there seems to be a sweet spot for my r53/re71r PSI. I run the big hotchkis on stiffest and stock S springs/shocks (shocks pretty weak now).
I made the mistake of leaving the rear go up to 40 and aired down the front to 33 and I spun out on the first slalom !
the pressures are where they're at in order to limit sidewall rollover. I start high in PSI and go down to just about when they start rolling on the arrows. Tuning balance with tire pressures is a common practice in street classes.

bumpstops can be factory height at the tallest, or shorter, and can be any material. I'm starting tall, and cutting to adjust balance.
It's full JCW everything, but you can change shocks and a sway bar in street class, which is what I have done.
I mark with chalk and don't get roll in mid 30's. I am on 205 width I have 15x8 and 16x7 re71r I am faster on the 15x8's and I setup so I get some roll on the fronts up to the side roll triangle marker things

To run a mini with jcw stuff, you only need the jcw suspension which is a separate line item that is a port installed option. So from that kit, you only need the springs and front sway bar and go aftermarket the rest.

You know what year/month they started offering that?
I run on really wore out stock shocksk,. I had about the same psi on the stock swaybar too, I really dislike the grip over about 38, next run I'll pay more attention as it is the only thing I'll be touching
I am debating shocks now or waiting moving to stx and getting coil overs next year

Good luck with that. Craig Wilcox went to that and couldn't keep up with the FRS/BRZ's. You really need a diff going into STX. His setup was awesome. He's got so much poke and offset.
