The price is reasonable. There are VERY few of the 2005/2006 models with that low of mileage. Before I bought my 05 R52 last April I did had a dealer, whose specialty was exotic and antique performance cars investigate MINIS. The lowest mileage MINI he could find for sale was in Tx, 7,700 miles and 17,500 was the asking price. There were others with mileage similar to yours that sold from 13,000 to 16,000. The reason I was checking is that I found a 2005 R52 S with 3,648 miles. Sorry, I can't say what I paid for it.
