Lightbulb GFB DV+ Diverter Valve For Sale

Category: Drivetrain
Price: $0
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part fits (you may select multiples): R55, R56, R57, R58, R59
Location (Region): NorCal
Item Condition: Used

Selling my GoFastBits DV+ Diverter Valve for all n14 engines. It's only for the n14, NOT the n18. I had it on the car for about a month but it's too quiet for me. It reacts quicker than the stock DV and will not tear like the stock DV.

Price is $140 brand new, so make a reasonable offer and it's yours. PM if you're interested and I'll give you my paypal address. I'll send it out as soon as I receive payment. Thanks for looking.

I hate to be that guy, but this is available for less, with free shipping elsewhere. And its brand new. Obviously you didn't use yours for long, but used is still used.

I am REALLY interested in this product but I ALSO enjoy my BOV sound and know this product will rob me of that. Hopefully GFB will make one with holes in the future.

Question. Are you running higher boost? Did you see improved spool time above 10.5 PSI or was it still as slow as with the diaphragm type valve? Thanks!!!

I updated the price to a reasonable offer, but no low ballers please

I'm seeing peak boost of 17.8psi with a tune and the GFB, I haven't ran the car with the stock DV and this tune so I can't say about spool time. It definitely reacts really quickly though when you're on and off the throttle.

Installed. Quiet. WAY better performance. WORKs with the WMW replacement valve. I'm under the impression this does NOT work in conjunction with the Forge BOV adapter as it NEEDS the vacuum from the intake side of the turbo and I am under the impression that access to atmosphere would cause the valve to be constantly open resulting in no boost.

Yea GFB does mention that vacuum is needed under low boost conditions when the solenoid doesn't open, I had forgot about that.

I'm glad you noticed the improved performance of the GFB valve, going on and off throttle feels really nice with it.

Does boost build quicker now?

I think it'll need a few drives for the ECU to adjust and for me to know for sure, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed. From my first drive, I want to say yes.

Interested in my Forge BOV? You get first dibs.

Nice I'm glad it helped the boost build up.

I'll stick with the stock valve for now until it tears, I don't want to release boost to atmosphere. Thanks though
