Looking to tell your dealer that your cousin "ruined" that, too?

it's *******s like most of you who ruin the out of dealership support system for all of us.

for reference, nothing happened to my nav system, it's approaching the first of the year and i was questioning if a new dvd had been released. why is that such a bloody imposing question?

in restrospect, the system in my car is still indeed factory, his parents paid for the replacement. it's no one's business on here what happened, as I have no legal obligation to do release that information. but there's your answer. it was replaced, it's still stock hifi... which sucks, but albeit, will be changed after the first of the year.

damn. this is one more reason I try to avoid motoring boards, for any car, EVERYONE i've seen on here is nosy, *******s, judgemental, loves starting flamewars. etc...

if this post gets me banned, then by all means, go for it. i couldn't give a ****.

NONE of you, with the exception of a96bimmer have ever helped me with anything. or given me a iota of information that was useful.

everything that leaves your fingertips is useless and mindless... causing the others to go research for ourselves.

if you post a damn solution to something, give the back story, the history, and what not, PLUS the current fix. that way the n00bs (like me) aren't asking damn questions on how to fix it and what the original problem or whatnot was. when we ask things like this, we all get flamed.

just like all of you are doing to me RIGHT NOW.

bugger off you damn *******.

If you're talking about the map disc, they're generally referred to by year, i.e. 2007-2 I believe is the latest map disc.

Dare I ask what facilitated the above posts? Seems like there is a bit more at play here than represents the majority of members of the site.

OK...I've seen the other thread and can understand some of the frustration. Can we all just take a deep breath and try to help each other?

Thanks!

Yes, we can.

I apologize for fanning the flames.

Mark.
per my message to the owners of NAM, via the Contact Us link at the left of each page, I no longer wish to be a member of this forum. I have been greatly upset at the audacity of several members, including those who didn't JUST fan flames, who poured gas on them.

My post in reference to the most recent version of the navigation disc was posted on a day that my dealership was closed, or I would have called and asked them myself. I figured someone would be bored, and might answer my question. Instead I got a useless answer, setting me off, and causing the resulting response; which generalised all members of this site, to which I apologise.

I have not ruined, damaged, etc, in any way shape or form, the support I get from the dealership, sometimes it's more convenient to ask a question here. For those who get good support here, and no flames, REGARDLESS of a "hypothetical question re: any lie that may or may not be told to a dealership, etc", congratulations.

Due to the actions of members who , "poured gas on the flames", and as previously stated, I no longer wish to me a member here. Please delete my account.

We don't remove accounts because it removes posts from threads (leaving holes). That said I have changed the password on your account, shut down all PM and email functions, and removed all subscriptions so you shouldn't receive any additional notifications.
