D-Stock Question
Just picked up up an 07 PW MCS...according to the local dealer service manager(he AutoXs with us) it was delivered with the option 18" JCW 
Am I able to run d-stock even though it was 16" & 17" as the standard wheel option?

18" wheels was a dealer installed option, so wouldn't be allowed in stock.
Next year, there's the +/-1" allowance in street, so if they're x7" you could run them.
Unless you're saying the car was delivered from the Factory with those wheels, in which case you could run them anyway. If you had the Window sticker showing that it might help.
