Koni install help

I just got my DA Konis in. Trying to install the rears and notice the shaft is bigger than the OEM shaft. Is this normal? I sent donor shocks for the bottom mount. Were your Konis made with the larger upper shaft? If so what did you use for the washer under the top mount and for the spacer in the bushing above the top mount?
Thanks
Ken

Yes that is normal. You have to enlarge the hole in the washer and the top mount. Say hello to Mr. Dremel.

Thanks. What about the spacer or sleeve? Enlarging it leaves 2mm.
