Any recommendations on where to get a pulley installed in Boulder/Denver area? Prices?

You should contact Randy Webb at Webb Motorsports (located in Highlands Ranch). Randy has done more pulley installs than anyone in the country as well as extensive development on almost every possible mod for the MINI.
