Will Yalla Yalla be effected by the weather?

 

To wit:

- If it rains, you will need to put your windows up.
- If it snows, you may need to run your defrosters, front and back. Bring your ice scraper and check your fluid levels.
- If it is hot, you may need to run your A/C. Be sure to turn it on inside your glove box so as to keep your maps cool.
- If it is dark, you may need your headlights, or at least your running lights.
- If it is cold, you probably want a few light layers to wear inside the car.
- If it is windy and or windy and cold, we will not stand outside as much. We will get the ride going.

If for some strange reason we get a lot of snow here (not expected) I will post a cancellation. We are not going to the mtns, just the foothills close.

Today we had no moisture at all, nothing on the ground or in the air now..

Is there going to be food or snacks? Should we eat before we come?

 

None provided for the ride, but the ending destination is a bar / restaurant with good food. Some of us will stay, eat, drink and reminisce. There are opportunities all along the way but it is not a part of the ride itself, until the end.

Now while we were not on time there was not much stayin and playin. But Cindee and I had a kick butt time!! I will SO do it again next year. Also, now I know where Randy is and I have found my dream bike at Sports Plus. I need to get another MINI T-shirt though so my hubby can show his support for his wives addicition. Next? Track day! Baron Motors ia gonna scratch their head when they see the wear on my car in Dec.

I can see it now: "The Eva Alabaugh Memorial Invitational High Speed MINI Roundup" beginning and ending in the Springs. Hmmmm..sort of has a ring to it. Only 4 turns. We drive in a circle, so to speak, and the ride ends when...you run out of gas.

I can get around town thank you very much! I just like to see more of "Around Town" than most. I'm just used to Autocorssing where there are cones to follow. Next time lets use cones!
