PIT BULL ENERGY DRINK JOINS NUZZO MOTORSPORTS FOR THE US SPORTS CAR INVITATIONAL IN MONTEREY, CA APRIL 30 – MAY 1 2005

The Hip Hop Beverage Corporation, maker of Pit Bull Energy Drink will join Nuzzo Motorsports as the lead sponsor of the #02 MINI Cooper S for US Sports Car Invitational at the historic Laguna Seca racing circuit.

Pit Bull Energy Drink will be the drink of choice for the Nuzzo Motorsports MINI Cooper race team as they take to the track in the Grand-Am Cup Street Stock endurance series race. Geoff Auberlen of Laguna Nigel, CA will pilot the Pit Bull #02 St class MINI. A past sponsor for Auberlen, Pit Bull has enjoyed the exposure and marketing results that motorsports brings to their brand. Joining Auberlen will be Jason Potter of Sarasota, FL. No stranger to the podium Jason will be a great driving partner giving this duo a shot at a strong finish.

Drivers for the Nuzzo Motorsports #20 MINI S will be Jacob Shalit of Calabasas, CA and team owner Tony Nuzzo. Jacob is an experienced road racer and has raced in a variety of cars such as Can-am, Sabra, and Pantera to name a few.

“We’re very excited to be racing at Mazda Raceway at Laguna Seca. Grand-Am has worked hard to get this series to some of the best racing venues in North America. We have a very good driver lineup and the MINI’s should be well suited for this race course.”
