What rim style are you going with?

Enkei VR5 in hyper black.

Can you take a picture of your Paceman from the side? I want to see how much the 245/45's fill the fender wells. Do you still have the stock suspension without any lowering?

I have the sport package with the standard suspension, the 245/45's really helped fill the fender wells.

P.S. The VR5 should look great.

Thanks for the picture. How close do the tires come to hitting the fenders? My concern is my tires will be sticking farther out and could potentially hit the fender edges.

It's about the same as the lock to lock clearance when the suspension is fully compressed (around an inch). Keep in mind the rim is only a half inch wider and the tire centers on the rim, so the corner edge of the tire will move outward around a quarter of a inch or 6.35mm plus the extra 4 MM in offset to 4/10th of an inch or 10.35mm. I think your good to go on the due diligence and after running the numbers if I needed and or wanted a new set of rims I would go for the same rim size (18"x8" w/42MM offset).

Have a great new years,

hello and congrat on your paceman

I am in the position where should I buy a 2013 paceman s or JCW
or new paceman
money isn't factor but modification in power is factor.

I love to mod the car, did bunch of *** imports car. and I wanted to find something not many local " car ppl " do
and mini paceman
and here is question is the engine and turbo is different from 2013 paceman jcw vs 2015 ?

The engines are the same in a turbo models, but the JCW has a little bigger turbo producing more boost with different ECU programing. I personally think Mini's 0-60 numbers are conservative by as much as a .5 sec. IME, link to specs: http://www.miniusa.com/content/miniu...-features.html
