Suspension Modification Advice

So I need some advice! If you don't know my Paceman S came with the standard suspension due to a dealer mix up and I didn't want to re order with the SS and wait another 6-8 weeks. I do love the comfort of the standards suspension but it has just a tad to much roll and pitch for my taste coming from 3 Mini Hatches. I was considering Just a sway bar to see how that tightens things up and then go for stiffer lowering springs if I'm not quite satisfied. I do plan on ditching the runflats when they need replacing so keep that in mind. Does anyone have any recommendations or suggestions on what I should do first and what to get without breaking the bank?

I would give the rear sway bar a go first. From what I have read it really does help the body roll quite a bit. Not sure if the R61 is the same part as R60??

I recently installed the nm 22mm rear sway bar on my 2013 JCW HT. Huge difference!!! Zero body roll. I highly recommend it.

Yes a rear sway bar would the be first no brainer suspension mod

it will reduce the body roll and reduce understeer.
