I have Mini Cooper Countryman R60 2015 and comfort access not working like it should. Problem is that I can’t lock/unlock car on rubber button of handle, but I can normally start cat without putting key in ignition and I can unlock boot when I am close to boot just pulling handle.

When my car is parked for day or two I always got messages that “battery is discharged”. When I scan with tool I have error

“27 Comfort Access1 error
A06A: PGSTuerantenneFT___defekt”

So yes I have problem with comfort access but what can be problem. I pulled door cover to see is all wires are ok and everything looks fine. I change battery in both keys and still I can’t lock/unlock car by pressing black rubber button on handle.

Does anyone know what can be issue? Every help would be great.

 

Its the antenna i bet for the comfort access. Its in the bumper and doors. Get a good scan tool like our Schwaben and it will tell you which one is bad. https://www.ecstuning.com/b-schwaben...020sch01a~scf/

The other problem is you either have a bad main car battery, this can also cause false alarms in other arears. I would get thta changed first. Then if it still does not work its the one on the drive door you touch. Check the other doors and trunk and you can narrow it down to which door antenna is bad.

 

Antenna in bumper works because when I am close to boot I can open without unlocking car, only on side doors doesn’t work. So probably is in driver or passenger side. I also saw that Mini have antenna on driver side between doors. Maybe is that one… I using BimmerLink tool program.

Update, I found a problem it was bad CAS module that show several different errors. After changing module Comfort Access works again like it should.
