I have 2019 Countryman S Iconic...or supposedly it's an iconic.

According to cars.com, Iconics come with Power Folding Side Mirrors.

Is that just mirrors that fold when the button is pushed, or are they supposed to fold when you lock the car too?

Thank you. Bought this car just a month ago...so, I'm still trying to figure it out.

 

Hold the little lock button on the door handle for a bit and they should fold in. It's about 1 second on our 2022 and about 3 seconds on our 2019.

You can use BimmerCode to program so that they fold when you lock with the key fob.

In the U.S. at least, it’s not standard that they fold automatically. However, you can easily enable this (and many other changes) with BimmerCode.
