2014 R60 s ALL4 front CV axle with or without bracket?
2014 R60 s ALL4 front CV axle with or without bracket?
Hey all, so I blew an axle on the front. The new axles say with or without bracket on all the websites. The axles look identical in the the pictures I'm looking at ( AutoZone, Napa...ect.) Just checking to see if anyone knows what that's in reference too so I know which one I need to buy. Any help is greatly appreciated.
There is an intermediate bearing support bracket on the front right axel. You can get the axel without the bracket to save some money, but you'll need a pretty big ring clip wrench to swap it over. If you can get the axel with the bracket, it will save time during the R&R.
