2012 Mini Cooper Countryman S ALL4 - NO idea about these issues - HELP please...!!!

Hi everyone,
4 months ago, I purchased a Countryman for my youngest daughter, which initially works fine (when I drove it). However, I have been following the issues that started suddenly. The issues are as follows:

Suddenly while driving, the AC system and radio just turned off by themselves, and the powered windows don't work (alternator...???);
The transmission does not change the speeds, and hits;
Check Engine, Brake and 4x4 lights came on. Then, they disappear when the power comes back to AC, radio and windows;
When the engine is turned off and turned on again, the transmission works back -changes the speeds as expected.

May you help with this? Maybe the alternator can cause the loss of electricity power? But, why does the transmission fail to change the speeds?

The first thing i would do is a load test on your battery. MINI batteries dont last long and when they start to fail, strange things happen with these cars.
