Hi new here and need help. 2012 countryman s. Have had nothing but problems with this damn thing since we bought it. Got it with 30k mi a year ago. As soon as the warrantee ran out. We've had issue after issue. The latest is running in reduced power mode. Had checked and 2 coils were fried. Melted.. Fried, destroyed. So after $280 for coils and plugs.. It seems the computer is shot too. BMW/Mini will do nothing since now has 72k mi. I told the guy I'd have never bought this thing if I had known it was a disposable car. Instead or replacing plugs you just throw away the whole damn pos. So.. Any one know how to replace this computer or fix it. Gotta get it running so I can get rid of it. Please help me. God knows Mini does not care. Thank you Mike

 

Find an independent MINI mechanic. Did you really put 42,000 miles on in a year?

 

Yes we did. My wife's car. We travel a lot here I the us. I have an independent mini mechanic I've done all I can do with this thing. I realm hate this car. Worst I have ever owned.
