Radio will not turn on without pulling the fuse

I have a 2011 Mini Cooper Countryman S without navigation.

Recently I get in and the radio will not turn on. It was suggested that the #45 fuse connection may be loose and to bend the connectors closer together.

I pulled the fuse to make sure it was not blown and as soon as I put it back in the radio works.

I can drive for over an hour and no issues.

The problem seems to be that if the car sits for awhile then the radio will not turn back on without pulling the fuse and putting it back.

I think this may be due to the battery saver cutting the power after a set time and it not getting reset when the car is turned back on.

Is this a bad relay?

Anyone else had this issue or can point me in the right direction to try to fix the problem?
