P0015 after replacing timing chain and more

I have a 2011 Mini Cooper Countryman S.
The timing chain and spark plugs have been replaced. The car idles smooth and runs great.

After several hundred miles I started getting Code P0015 - Exhaust Camshaft Position Timing Over Retarded Bank 1

I changed the oil and replaced both camshaft position sensors.

After a few hundred miles I get the same code.

Did the mechanic need to reset something in the computer when they did the timing chain?

Could it be the VANOS Solenoid?

Any other solutions?

I had that code, and it was a bad VANOS solenoid. I chose to replace both intake and exhaust, and the code never came back.
