It's my friend's mini countryman and his car has only 55k miles and he said car runs but has no power. He spent money fixing problem on water pump and thermostat & spark plugs & coils & vvt solenoids.
This is what the engine sounds like. Does it have any major problem or just minor? Hopefully it's just minor

 

What codes with a bmw/mini scan tool?

Honestly I would try to get it scanned. Could be anything from a vacuum leak, boost leak, dv went bad.
