Sounds like a high pitched squeaking passenger side

2012 Mini Countryman S. Turned on my car to let it warm up today and it started making a noise that sounds similar to a bird chirping from the passenger side. I turned the car off after getting the video of the new noise. Any help is appreciated.

seems like either bad friction wheel part# 11287598833 or water pump #11517648827

My guess would be friction wheel or tensioner, like one of them has bad bearings.

Would it be ok to drive it if it’s one of those problems? I haven turned it back on or drove it since I heard the noise.

Maybe. I would get them addressed as soon as possible. If the friction wheel goes out, you'll lose the water pump... If the tensioner goes out, you'll lose AC, alternator, and water pump...

Ok I’ll just not drive it. I got a ride to work so it’s not a big deal at all. Do you know what a fair price range for repair would be around?
