Ticking after changing Timing Chain

Just changed the timing chain on my 2011 Countryman now I have a new noise. A light ticking that is only present when revving the engine. Can not find source. Any ideas anyone? Runs great otherwise.

Your hydraulic chain tensioner could be locked closed and not pressing against the guides. That would cause the chain to flap around. Pull the tensioner and make sure it's working properly (expanded).

Is it just the normal engine noise? These things are noisy. The injectors and your HPFP make that sort of noise too. They kind of tap. Almost sounds like a diesel in a way.
